Luxury wine maker Accolade Wines has appointed APSU to run hardware and software managed services, following a successful technical support project.
The appointment comes after APSU was tasked with providing remote iSeries technical support for Accolade’s payroll application for six months, while a new global application was implemented. As a direct result of the initial project’s success, Accolade also migrated both hardware and software support to APSU.
APSU group services director, Dan Scobie, said:
“Immediately after APSU’s remote access was in place, our support desk was able to diagnose and resolve issues within a matter of minutes, ensuring that Accolade’s employees’ salaries were paid on time. We are delighted to continue working with Accolade and this appointment is testament to the efficiency of our support desk and elite managed services capabilities for Power i.”
